In total, Vilnius City Clinical Hospital has 510 active treatment beds, 69 day-surgery beds, 19 observation beds (8 in the Emergency Department 1, 5 in the Emergency Department 2, and 6 in the Paediatric Emergency, Intensive Care and Consultation Department), 28 haemodialysis beds, 30 medical rehabilitation beds, and 11 day-care beds.
